Heat Transfer Label (HTL)

Heat transfer labeling is great for sharp, bright colors and high quality photographic images.  Metallic, fluorescent, pearlescent, and thermochromatic inks are available in matte and gloss finishes.

Graphics are printed onto rolls of a special release coated paper using rotogravure.  The inks are between an adhesive lacquer and a protective lacquer.  When the label is applied using heat and pressure, the release paper is pulled away, and only the inks and lacquers are transferred onto the container or lid giving the product a seamless look.  The permanent graphics will not scratch, lift or peel.
